Refunds and Cancellations

Driver Fitting is a one-time digital product delivered after verified payment. It is not a subscription.

No standard refunds after unlock

• Driver Fitting is a digital product. Because access is delivered immediately after verified payment, we do not offer standard refunds once the report has been purchased and unlocked.
• If you start checkout but do not complete payment, no charge is made.

Genuine service issues

• If there is a genuine service issue, such as payment/access failure or a technical problem preventing use of the report, contact us and we will review the case.
• We pride ourselves on great support and where appropriate, we'll look to offer a discretionary refund.
• Refunds, when approved, are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe.

Cancellations

• There is no recurring billing to cancel.
• If you start checkout but do not complete payment, no charge is made.
• By buying and receiving immediate access, you acknowledge that the standard 14-day cancellation period will not apply to this digital product.

Before payment

• You can abandon Stripe Checkout before paying and return to the free preview without changing your access.
• After purchase, access and any refund review are governed by the Refunds and Cancellations Policy and Terms of Service.
